Location: DHA Phase 6 – Karachi
Timings: 10am – 7pm (on-site)

Duration: 6 months
Job Summary:
As a TA Trainee in the HR Department, you will gain hands-on experience in the talent acquisition process, supporting the recruitment efforts for our organization. This entry-level position is designed for individuals eager to learn about human resources, recruitment strategies, and candidate management. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to assist in various stages of the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in job postings and managing job boards to attract qualified candidates.
– Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for various positions.
– Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
– Conduct initial phone screenings and provide feedback to the Talent Acquisition team.
– Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
– Participate in candidate outreach initiatives to promote job openings.
– Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing materials and conducting orientation sessions.
– Support employer branding efforts through social media and recruitment events.
– Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
– Prior internship or experience in HR or recruitment is a plus but not required.
