🕒 Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR Operations

Location: Landhi, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Supporting payroll processing and employee file management
✔️ Smooth onboarding, attendance management, and maintaining employee profiles
✔️ Managing probation evaluations, confirmations, and related documentation
✔️ Record-keeping of loans, advances, and welfare funds
✔️ Ensuring compliance for internal/external audits
✔️ Conducting exit interviews and analyzing employment data
