Shop Manager

Key Responsibilities:
· Hire, train, and develop team members, ensuring they embody the brand’s values and deliver a seamless customer experience.
· Address customer feedback or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
· Drive store sales and work towards meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
· Maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring the store is always well-stocked with the latest collections.

Qualifications:
· Graduation
· 3-5 years’ experience in same role
