Job Description:
1. Prepare and review monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
2. Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
3. Analyze financial data and trends to support business decision-making.
4. Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
5. Conduct regular reconciliations and audits to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records.
6. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial and tax regulations.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and inventory management.
8. Provide support during external audits and assist in preparing reports for management.
