We are looking for a Lead Reporting position at Descon.

Location: Lahore

Education Required:

Master’s in finance from a well-reputed institute

Experience Required:

3 – 5 years of experience in financial reporting, compliance, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement efficient reporting procedures to enhance the quality and efficiency of financial reporting.
· Analyse financial results and provide insights for improved decision-making
· Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate financial data and analysis.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting and implement best practices.
· Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
· Prepare detailed analytical reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
· Optimize reporting tools and methodologies to increase efficiency and accuracy.
· Provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality and accurate reporting outputs
Skills Required
· Strong proficiency in financial reporting tools and software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Deep understanding of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in data analysis tools will be a plus
