Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is seeking an “IT Officer” for its Stitching Warehouse at Korangi, Karachi.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably within the textile industry warehouse.

Job Description:-
– Provide technical support to staff for all computer systems, software applications, and related equipment.
– Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
– Set up and configure computer systems, including operating systems, software applications, and network connections.
– Monitor and maintain computer systems and perform regular backups to ensure data integrity.
– Install and upgrade software applications as required and ensure licensing compliance.
– Collaborate with team to implement security measures and safeguard computer systems against potential threats.
– Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.
– Train staff on the proper usage of computer systems and software applications.
– Document and maintain an up-to-date inventory of all computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
– Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and guidelines specific to the warehouse.
