Key Responsibilities:

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Address HR-related queries and provide support in employee relations.
Assist in implementing performance management and employee development strategies.
Collaborate with team leaders to address workforce planning needs and maintain a positive organizational culture.

Experience Required: 1 to 2 years
Salary: 50000-70000
