Hello everyone,

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support the CHRO. This role involves managing executive schedules, preparing reports, and handling corporate communications.

Location: Lahore

Qualifications and Experience:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
· Experience: 1-2 years in an HR or administrative role.
· Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
Competencies Required
· Manage CHRO’s schedule and communications; prepare meeting documents.
· Gather documents and coordinate weekly activities.
· Conduct research, and develop reports, dashboards, and insights for HR projects.
· Prepare corporate reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
· Create periodic reports on departmental activities and provide feedback to the CHRO.
· Draft proposals to inform clients and consumers about HR services.
