Ability is seeking a Head of Technology to lead and oversee innovation and emerging technology support for one of our clients.

Key Requirements:
– 10 years of experience in Cloud and Cyber technologies within complex business environments.
– Hands on experience working on VMware.
– Proven ability to guide cybersecurity teams in implementing data protection solutions aligned with business needs.
– Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure, security frameworks (ISO 27001, PCI, SOX), and industry trends in cyber risk and data protection.
– Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
– Experience with SIEM systems, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and project management.
– Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field.
– Must be currently working with a service provider.

Preferred:
– Experience in leading teams, managing methodologies, and working with cloud and security providers.
