Zaman Foundation is looking for a Field Supervisor for its Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with legal documentation, SOPs, and organizational policies in all project activities.
2. Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines, and supervise project implementation.
3. Engage with the community to mobilize support and facilitate project execution.
4. Manage partnerships with service providers and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
5. Monitor project expenditures, ensuring they stay within budget.
6. Conduct daily status checks of water filtration plants (WFPs), ensuring timely repairs and maintenance.
7. Oversee procurement of materials, adhering to policies for transparency.
8. Ensure quality assurance for the physical infrastructure, machinery, and solar systems of water filtration plants.
9. Regularly communicate with stakeholders, including service providers, operators, and management.
