Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or social media, providing accurate product/service information, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions.
Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring satisfaction by resolving technical or product-related issues.
Order Management: Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy in customer data.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies to provide effective support.
Customer Feedback: Collect and document customer feedback to share insights with the relevant teams to help improve products and services.
