We’re hiring for the position of “Assistant Manager – Powerhouse” who will be responsible to manage the operations of Power Plant.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of diesel and gas generators (gensets), screw compressors, Absorption Chiller System and Electric Chillers.
Oversee the repair and maintenance of Pumps and Motors.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure gensets operate efficiently and reliably.
Ensure all power house operations and maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Supervise and coordinate the work of power house maintenance staff and technicians.
Responsible to manage all LT & HT Electrical Distributions for Power House.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or Electrical Engineering
5 to 7 years of related work experience
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
