Key Responsibilities:

A) Evaluate daily efficiency metrics and resolve process bottlenecks proactively.
B) Collaborate with the production team to determine SAM and finalize rates.
C) Develop and refine the production floor layout for optimal workflow and space utilization.
D) Implement Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
E) Analyze monthly capacity and utilization to enhance resource planning.
