We are hiring an Assistant Manager – HR to oversee HR Operations and Talent Acquisition. You will play a pivotal role in managing payroll, employee relations, recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive employee experience.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations
Ensure timely, accurate payroll processing
Manage contract renewals and compliance
Conduct regular audits on employee data and files
Handle employee grievances and separations professionally
Talent Acquisition
Develop and execute recruitment strategies
Manage the full recruitment cycle
Ensure positive candidate experiences
Support onboarding and employer branding initiatives

Payroll Accuracy Rate
Recruitment Cycle Time
Candidate Satisfaction
Grievance Resolution Time

🎯 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or certifications preferred)
5-7 years of HR operations & talent acquisition experience (BPO experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of HRIS & ATS systems
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
