Systems Limited MEA (Techvista) is looking for Application Support Engineer L1/L2 having 3+ years of relevant experience.

Requirements:
UAE experience and Arabic native are must
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Must be experienced in handling Customer related queries on System functionality and provide required support
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for .NET applications
Good knowledge of SQL, T-SQL, Application Support, Technical Analysis, API and MS CRM
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles
Familiarity with ITIL is a plus
