Position: AM HR (Comp & Ben)
Location: DHA Lahore
Experience: 3-6 years

Responsibilities:
– Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
– Ensure all payroll transactions are accurately recorded and maintained, including earnings, deductions, and tax.
– Leaves and attendance management.
– Address and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
– Monitor payroll expenses and budgets, providing reports and analysis to senior management as required.
– Keep current with changes in payroll laws, regulations, and best practices, and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.
– Responsible for payroll and related activities.
– Verify and submit monthly medical claims.
– Assist in policy revision and identify the improvement areas and share with the manager.
– Custodian of overall performance appraisal cycle.
