Role Description

This is a full-time permanent position within the finance department of an organization. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial records. This includes managing accounts payable and receivable, processing transactions, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports. An Accounts Officer will play a key role in maintaining positive relationships with clients by resolving billing inquiries and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare vouchers & cheques of all payments & transactions in SAP
· Prepare month-end accruals of income & expenses.
· Prepare Bank Reconciliations in SAP
· To maintain Petty Cash in SAP
· Prepare weekly Withholding tax payments
· Any other task required by the Supervisor/ Management

Qualifications/Skills

· Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent of any accounting degree / Diploma
· 0-3 years experience in the finance department
· Basic knowledge of Accounting & Finance.
· Knowledge of MS Office is required.
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
