Position: 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧
𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 :
– Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of administration department to ensure smooth functioning and utilization of resources.
– Manage office facilities, including Housekeeping, gate pass activities, vehicle maintenance and management.
– Maintain and ensure completeness of transaction records.
– Prepare travel schedules and ensure all arrangements are in order.
𝙍𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 :
Education : MBA/ BBA in Management Sciences
Experience : 3-4 years of experience in relevant field.
