In 2018, the South Korean conglomerate Lotte Chilsung acquired a controlling stake in Riaz Bottlers (operating since 1976), now known as Lotte Akhtar Beverages. Lotte Chilsung Beverages is one of the biggest beverage companies in South Korea, and work under the holding company “Lotte Corporation”.
