Join Style Textile as a Training Executive!

Are you passionate about designing impactful training programs and driving employee engagement? Style Textile is seeking dynamic and talented Training Executives (3 positions) to join our HR team and contribute to building a culture of continuous learning and development.

What You’ll Do:
– Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and administer engaging instructor-led and virtual learning interventions across the organization.
– Collect feedback and conduct training impact analyses to measure the return on investment (ROI) and enhance program effectiveness.
– Plan and organize employee engagement activities that foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
– Partner with HoDs and stakeholders to diagnose training needs and provide relevant, proactive solutions.
– Provide onsite assistance in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:
– Master’s degree in Business or Management Studies, preferably in Human Resource Management.
– At least 1 year of experience in Human Resource Management, Training, and Employee Engagement.
Skills:
– Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in listening and facilitating.
