Job Overview
We are hiring for the position of “HR Executive”
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Prepare offer letters and ensure smooth onboarding for new employees, including orientation, documentation, and system access setup.
Maintain and update recruitment records and databases.
Employee Records & Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both electronically and in hard copy.
Ensure that all employee documentation is compliant with legal and company policies.
Prepare employment contracts and other HR-related documents as needed.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Assist with the processing of monthly payroll, ensuring all deductions, benefits, and reimbursements are accurate.
Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Manage employee benefits enrollment and administration (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as a point of contact for employees for day-to-day HR-related inquiries and support.
Assist in resolving employee conflicts or issues and escalate to senior HR staff when necessary.
Help organize employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
Location: Gulberg Lahore
Job Type: Onsite From Monday to Friday
