Key Responsibilities:

– Drive regional agrochemical sales to achieve targets aligned with overall business strategy.
– Ensure team adherence to the Company’s HSE and Ethics policies, with an emphasis on product stewardship and road safety amid evolving business challenges.
– Provide regular market updates to the National Sales Manager (NSM) on emerging trends and developments.
– Execute marketing strategies through the team to optimise returns on promotional investments.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, farmers, and relevant government departments, such as Agriculture Extension.
– Enhance team capabilities and engagement levels by fostering a culture of trust, respect, and continuous development.
– Ensure timely submission of accurate reports and competitive intelligence.
– Identify and recommend appropriate customers while ensuring settlements within defined timelines.
– Manage travel and development costs effectively to maintain a favourable cost-benefit ratio.
– Explore new business opportunities to enhance market share and improve team productivity.
