One of my friend is looking for a strategic and results-driven Manager – Talent Acquisition to design and execute effective recruitment strategies, attract top talent, and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruit technical experts for banking systems, digital transformation, information security and IT infrastructure.
2. Collaborate with IT stakeholders to understand technical requirements.
3. Identify and attract top technical talent through innovative sourcing strategies.
Other Skills & Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in banking or financial services.
2. Proven track record of successful retail and technical recruitment strategies.
3. Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and industry trends.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
5. Bachelor’s degree in HR, preferred Masters.
6. Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
