Job Description:
1. Handle complete HR Life Cycle from employee 1st Day till Exit.
2. Responsible for monthly Attendance Record (fetching/ Updating/ Compiling/ Maintaining) so, an error free transaction proceeded to avoid payroll issues
3. Responsible to maintain employee all benefits record in MIS & System (Leaves, PF, EOBI, PESSI, Life Insurance, LFA, Medical, Mobile Sim, etc.)
4. Point of employee communications to address queries involved in HR Operations.
5. Periodic Reports generation of HR Metric based on System & MIS data as per Set Schedules for department Lead.
6. Assist in payroll processing & various activities for inter-departmental communication & programs.
7. To perform any other assignment given in specific time frame in accordance to the requirement.
