We are looking for an energetic and committed candidate having work experience of 5-7 years in the garment manufacturing, preferably in Pakistani ready to wear.

Job Summary:
A CSR Manager is responsible for overseeing the customer service team’s daily operations and performance, ensuring high standards of service, quick response to inquiries, and customer satisfaction. The role involves monitoring staff, implementing policies, and improving processes to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of customer service representatives.
Conduct meetings, set goals, and provide ongoing coaching.
Customer Service Operations:
Ensure efficient resolution of inquiries and complaints.
Monitor KPIs such as response time, satisfaction scores, and staffing schedules.
Process Improvement:
Analyze feedback, collaborate with other departments, and implement new procedures to enhance service.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare performance reports and provide insights on trends and improvements.
Training & Development:
Conduct training sessions and ensure the team is up-to-date with company products and services.
Key Skills:
Leadership, communication, problem-solving, CRM proficiency, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with supervisory experience in customer service, and familiarity with CRM systems.
