📋 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and implement Descon’s Subcontracting Process, optimizing policies, procedures, and documentation.
Recommend improvements to DIMS for best practices and compliance.
Maintain project budgets, analyze cost overruns, and advise on preventive measures.
Identify new subcontracting resources and pre-qualify subcontractors.
Implement SAP/SMART systems for subcontracting efficiency and consistency.
Maintain Descon’s market reputation with effective subcontractor management.

📚 Qualifications:
BSc Engineering along with MBA (Supply Chain) is preferred.

Minimum 8 years of relevant subcontracting experience.
