We are looking for a Specialist in Corporate Affairs (IT) position at Descon.

Location: Lahore

Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. ICMA and advanced IT skills are preferred.

Experience Required:

2-4 years of quality experience in corporate affairs or a related department preferably within the engineering or technology sector.

Responsibilities:

· Facilitating effective reporting between holding companies, Descon’s management, and other stakeholders to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
· Liaison with external auditors for the timely completion of statutory and other audits of all holding companies.
· Ensure compliance with legal and corporate regulatory requirements.
· Execute special relevant assignments on as-and-when required basis regulatory requirements
· Planning, correspondence and pre/post documentation of Board meetings. Audit Committee Meetings, Annual General and Extraordinary General Meetings of Holding companies and recording and maintenance of respective minutes books.

Skills Required:

· Strong analytical skills.
· Advance IT and management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
· Proficiency in managing tools such as ProAct.
· Excel Nitro. PowerPoint. Adobe. Visio etc.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
· Practices Corporate Governance.
