The company incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 22 November 2006 having its registered office at 36-F, Block-6 PECHS Karachi-75400, Pakistan and business office at 7th Floor, Al-Tijarah Centre,32-1-A, Block-6, P.E.C.H.S., Main Shara-e-Faisal,Karachi-75400, Pakistan.
Objective of this company is exclusively established to undertake operations to generation power and meet the power shortage in the country. In this regard, the company has so far acquired 1553 acres of land at Jhampir, District Thatta, Sindh, Pakistan authorized by Alternative Energy Development Board (AEDB) to set up a 50 MW Wind Power Project.
The company is committed to enhance power generation using wind energy and to carry on the business of generating and supply of electric power and to carry on all or any of the business of generating, transforming, converting, supplying and dealing in electricity and all other forms of energy and products or services associated therewith and of promoting the conservation and efficient use of electricity and to perform all other acts which are necessary or incidental to the business of electricity generation.

In September 2012 Mr. Iqbal Alimohamed elected as Director of HUBCO (The Hub Power Company) that is the largest power producing company in private sector in Pakistan.
